Mina is a floral designer with over 18 years of experience creating extraordinary floral experiences across England and Japan. The Journey
From Tokyo to Cambridge
After graduating with a degree in Set Design (Scenography) from Musashino Art University in Tokyo, Mina discovered that her truest creative language was flowers. She began her career working alongside some of Tokyo's most respected luxury florists, before bringing her craft to London — where she honed her skills with leading floral studios serving the city's most prestigious clients.
Over the course of her career, Mina has created flowers for five-star hotel weddings, high-profile events, and internationally celebrated brands including Hermès, Fendi and Dior. Each commission deepened her understanding of what it means to create beauty with intention — and what it takes to make a client feel truly seen.

Mina's approach is shaped by two distinct floral traditions. From England, she draws the lush, romantic abundance of the garden — the tumbling roses, the fragrant sweet peas, the wild-gathered foliage that makes a bouquet feel as though it was just picked at dawn. From Japan, she brings the principles of ma — negative space, balance, restraint — and the quiet confidence of a single stem placed with absolute precision.
The result is a style that is neither purely English nor purely Japanese, but something altogether more considered: arrangements that feel natural yet composed, abundant yet never overwhelming, romantic yet always refined.
